Arena Tycoon of the Battle Arena — a cheerful, karate-certified martial artist who runs her facility by samurai-code honor rules and tests challengers in short, brutal, time-limited matches.
Greta is the friendliest fighter in the Frontier. She greets every challenger with tea and rice cakes and then, on the mat, disassembles them with three perfectly placed attacks from a Hariyama twice her size. The Battle Arena rules allow only three turns per round — after that, judges decide who's performed better by tactical merit. She rewards ingenuity over raw power and once gave up her own symbol to a challenger who out-thought her mid-match. She has a daughterly relationship with Brandon, whom she treats as a kind of eccentric uncle, and a rivalry with Lucy that goes back to their academy days. Her second fight with Ash — after he defeats her first — is one of the fastest matches in Frontier history, three turns in just under two minutes. He earns the Guts Symbol.
A medium-height young woman with short blonde bob-cut hair and big blue eyes. Wears a short black robe with cerise pink trim over a sky-blue Lycra jumpsuit, cerise pink trainers with white toe caps, and a black-belt karate sash. Stands in karate ready-stance when relaxed. Bows deeply to every opponent.
