The Incredibly Pretty Girl — a sweet, scatterbrained Normal-type specialist whose Miltank has traumatized more Johto players than any trainer in the franchise. When you beat her, she cries. You earned it.
Whitney is notorious, and she knows it. She's been a Gym Leader a short time — she says she only recently started battling, and somehow that makes it worse. She gets lost in her own hometown despite living there her whole life. She has strong opinions about cute Pokémon and a deeply inconvenient Miltank. The Miltank. It uses Rollout, which doubles in power with each consecutive hit. It uses Milk Drink to heal. It uses Attract to charm male Pokémon into complacency. It uses Stomp on anything not already down. Generations of trainers have met this creature and been changed by the encounter. When you defeat her, she cries and refuses to hand over the Plain Badge for several in-game minutes. An NPC has to convince her to give it to you. This is extremely on-brand: she's not a bad sport, exactly — she's just having genuine feelings about losing and not managing them well. She'll respect you once the crying is done.
Pink hair worn in two high pigtails, round friendly face, eyes the same shade as her hair. Wears a white outfit with pink accents. She looks approachable, a little scattered, happy to see you. She looks like the person who will very shortly destroy your team with a Rollout.
