Nacrene City

Location from Pokémon Black & White by Nintendo / Game Freak

An arts district built in converted warehouses — home to Lenora's museum-gym where Unova's ancient history and its gym challenge share the same building.

Nacrene City is Unova's arts hub — a community of painters, sculptors, and musicians who've converted an old industrial district into something vibrant. The museum is the city's heart, housing artifacts from Unova's ancient past including the Dragon Skull that Team Plasma steals. The theft is a turning point: it's the player's first direct confrontation with Team Plasma as antagonists, and it establishes that their ideology has a practical agenda — they need ancient artifacts to summon the legendary dragon.

Appearance

Industrial-chic city with repurposed warehouses turned into galleries, studios, and cafés. Brick walls, exposed beams, art installations on every corner. The Nacrene Museum dominates the skyline — a grand converted warehouse housing both ancient artifacts and the gym battlefield.
