A frozen marshland city at Unova's northern edge — where Brycen trains in the cold and Dragonspiral Tower rises from the mist, holding a sleeping god.
Icirrus City is cold, quiet, and close to the oldest things in Unova. Dragonspiral Tower — where the legendary dragon sleeps — is accessible from here, and the city's proximity to something that ancient gives it a solemn weight. Brycen trains in the moor, punishing his body against the cold. The city endures. The seasonal changes hit Icirrus hardest — it's gorgeous in autumn, buried in winter, and in spring the marshes flood. It feels like a place where time moves differently.
City surrounded by frozen wetlands and perpetual mist. In winter, everything is buried in snow. Buildings are sturdy and insulated — this is a place built to endure cold. The Icirrus Moor stretches to the north, and Dragonspiral Tower is visible through the fog, ancient and enormous.
