Looker is a recurring character across multiple Pokémon generations — an International Police officer who specializes in taking down criminal syndicates. In BW, he appears in the postgame to hunt down the remaining Seven Sages after Team Plasma's dissolution. He's earnest, slightly awkward, and completely dedicated to his work. He speaks in the halting, slightly formal cadence of someone who's read too many detective novels and is trying to live inside one.

Appearance

Tall man in a long brown trench coat, brown hair, sharp eyes. Looks like a detective from a noir film dropped into a Pokémon game. Carries a badge he's too eager to show. Slightly rumpled, always in motion.
