Arceus is the anime's final authority. It created the creation trio (Dialga, Palkia, Giratina) and, in the Arceus movie, nearly destroyed the human world after being betrayed by Damos. Ash and company intervened across time to restore its faith in humanity. Worshipped at the Sinnoh Hall of Origin.
Equine in form, white and grey-gold, with a great ring-wheel of green and gold suspended around its body, four long legs tipped in cloven hooves. Eyes like gemstones. Presence so large that lesser Pokémon instinctively bow.
