The alternate dimension beyond the wormholes — home of the Ultra Beasts, Ultra Megalopolis, and the missing Professor Mohn.

Ultra Space is not one place. It is a multiverse. Each Ultra Wormhole leads somewhere different, and the Alola arc takes its cast to several: Ultra Megalopolis, the light-starved kingdom where Necrozma was born; the Nihilego deep, where Lusamine is pulled; Ultra Jungle, where Poipole's hive lives. Travel is disorienting. Time moves wrong. Sound does not echo correctly. It is not the hell that Lusamine treated it as. It is not the paradise she hoped for either. It is simply other. The Ultra Guardians' task is not to conquer it but to make it stop bleeding into Alola.

Appearance

A riot of fragmented alternate realities accessed through swirling multicolored wormholes. Each pocket is different: an ultra-dark void where Nihilego drift; a blasted city-scape of spires (Ultra Megalopolis) with no sun; a jungle of enormous fluorescent crystals (Poipole's home). The laws of perspective and gravity are unreliable.
