Ula'ula's abandoned ruin-town — perpetually rain-soaked, walled off from the rest of the island, and occupied entirely by Team Skull.
Po Town is what happens when you let a failed clubhouse run a community. The original residents left long ago; Team Skull moved in. The rain is a local atmospheric effect that has never been explained. Guzma lives in the Shady House. Plumeria runs day-to-day operations. The grunts have a vaguely organized dorm system. It is menacing only from the outside. Up close, the town is mostly sad — a collection of kids who failed their trials, living in a ruin, pretending to be a gang. After Guzma's disbanding, most of the town is gradually reclaimed by Ula'ula's civic services, though the Shady House is left standing as a kind of monument.
Crumbling walled town in Ula'ula's interior, locked in a perpetual rainstorm. Boarded-up houses with Skull graffiti. Broken streetlights. The central Shady House looms at the town's north end — a decaying mansion with torn banners and plywood where windows used to be. Zubat in the eaves. Mud on every paved stone.
