Aether Paradise is what a cult looks like if it had an unlimited budget and excellent PR. The upper floors are genuinely beautiful — Pokémon live in recreated biomes, injured Wingull get physical therapy, Wicke walks the floors making sure everyone is fed. The lower floors are where Lusamine's obsession lives. Frozen Pokémon in tanks. A Type: Null containment cell. An Ultra Wormhole stabilizer. A locked room where Lillie grew up. It is Lillie's childhood home and the thing she ran from. Gladion ran from it first. When the Ultra Guardians finally breach the lower facility during the Nihilego crisis, the series treats it like the horror movie it always was.

Appearance

Enormous white-and-teal circular platform moored in open ocean, ringed with glass-domed Pokémon habitats. Clean, bright, futuristic — everything polished. Interior levels descend into cryogenic storage, laboratories, and the cavernous basement where Ultra Beast research happens. Smells like chlorine and sterilizer. Silent corridors. Automated doors.
