Plumeria is the only Team Skull member who terrifies the other Team Skull members. She is calm where Guzma is loud, organized where he's chaotic, and she treats the grunts like a collection of screwed-up younger siblings who need to be told to eat and stop stealing things that don't matter. They respect her utterly. They would not follow Guzma without her. Her Salazzle, Golbat, and Poison-type strategy are genuinely lethal — she fights to end a battle, not to showboat. She does not take prisoners. She is also, quietly, a decent person: she pulls lost kids off the street, buys them meals, lets them stay at the Shady House. Team Skull is, for her, a social program run out of a ruined mansion. After Guzma's disappearance into Ultra Space, she is the one who holds the gang together long enough for them to be disbanded with dignity.
