The Sevii Islands are an archipelago of seven islands south of Kanto, serving as the primary setting for the FRLG arc. Red and Blue trained under Ultima on Two Island, the Team Rocket Beast Warriors (Carr, Sird, Orm) operated throughout the chain, and the arc's devastating climax — Sird turning five Pokédex holders to stone — occurred here. Lorelei, originally from the Sevii Islands, returned home after the Yellow arc. Each island has distinct characteristics: One Island has the Pokémon Network Center, Two Island has Ultima's training cave, and Birth Island is where Giovanni captured Deoxys.
A chain of tropical and volcanic islands, each with distinct geography — from resort beaches to volcanic peaks to dense forests. The islands feel remote and disconnected from mainland Kanto. Warm climate, clear waters.
