Wally is one of the RS arc's most poignant supporting characters — a chronically ill boy from Petalburg City who caught a Ralts with Norman's help and found purpose through Pokémon training. Despite his physical frailty, Wally accompanied Norman to Sky Pillar to solve the puzzle needed to awaken Rayquaza, contributing directly to the effort to save Hoenn. His Ralts eventually evolved to Kirlia and then Gallade. Wally later appears at the Battle Frontier with significantly improved health and battle skills.
Green hair, pale complexion, thin and frail build. Wears a white-and-green outfit. Despite his physical weakness, his eyes show fierce determination.
