Lorelei is chilling in every sense. As a member of the Elite Four conspiracy to destroy humanity and create a Pokémon-only utopia, she serves as their most methodical operative. Her signature technique involves crafting ice dolls linked to real people — by damaging the doll, she inflicts the same injuries on the victim. She used this technique to freeze Red on Mt. Moon, removing him from the Yellow arc's early chapters. Originally from the Sevii Islands, Lorelei's motivation stems from witnessing pollution and human cruelty toward Pokémon in her homeland. Her extremism is rooted in genuine compassion for Pokémon twisted into misanthropy. She later appears in the FRLG arc, having returned to the Sevii Islands with a somewhat reformed perspective.
