Blackthorn City's Dragon-type Gym Leader and Lance's cousin — proud, fierce, and deeply connected to the Dragon Clan's traditions, she wields Dragonair and Kingdra with imperious skill.
Clair is Lance's cousin and the guardian of Blackthorn City's Dragon Clan heritage. She inherited the clan's Dragon-type mastery and their fierce pride — she does not lose gracefully and considers her bloodline superior. Her Dragonair is her signature partner, and her Kingdra provides devastating Water/Dragon coverage. During the GSC arc, she participated in the Gym Leader tournament and dealt with the fallout of her cousin Lance's extremist actions in the Yellow arc. Despite her arrogance, Clair is genuinely protective of the Dragon Clan's traditions and Blackthorn City.
Blue hair in a high ponytail, sharp blue eyes, wears a dark cape and bodysuit. Regal bearing, confident stance. Often accompanied by her Dragonair.
