Her Ghost-type Pokémon can possess human bodies, manipulate thoughts, and turn allies into weapons. She used her Gastly to control Bruno, sent the same Gastly to possess the unconscious Super Nerd Miles to silence him, and orchestrated the ambush that froze Red. She hired Miles to steal Pika and track Yellow. When Miles was defeated, Agatha had her Gastly possess his unconscious body to prevent him from revealing information — Blue recognized the technique from a previous encounter at the Kanto Power Plant. On Cerise Island, she faces Blue and Koga. It's a rematch that Blue has been waiting for, and Agatha's ghost techniques are countered by Koga's poison and ninja tactics — two forms of indirect warfare colliding.
