Troppy is Sapphire's Tropius and her primary means of air travel. Grass/Flying typing makes him versatile, and his size allows him to carry Sapphire comfortably across Hoenn's considerable distances. He's the calmest member of Sapphire's team — a counterbalance to Chic's aggression and Rono's stubbornness. Troppy represents the peaceful side of nature that Sapphire grew up in — the canopy, the sunlight, the easy rhythm of a forest that isn't trying to kill you.
