The Iceberg Pokémon — a Legendary Golem of frozen air, one of three ancient constructs Steven Stone sacrificed himself to wield.
Regice is the Ice-type member of the three Legendary Golems. Steven Stone deployed Regice alongside Regirock and Registeel to contain the environmental devastation of the Groudon/Kyogre battle. Its freezing power helped counter the extreme heat from Groudon's Drought. Like its siblings, Regice is less a Pokémon and more a geological phenomenon given form. It doesn't think — it functions. Steven's ability to coordinate three such entities simultaneously demonstrates just how powerful the Hoenn Champion truly was.
A humanoid figure of crystalline ice with a pattern of seven dots on its face. Surrounded by an aura of freezing air — the temperature drops dramatically in its presence. Clear, angular, and alien. Moves with the slow inevitability of a glacier.
