Ruby's Castform — a weather-shifting Pokémon originally belonging to Mr. Stone, given to Ruby and used in Smart Contests.
Fofo is a Castform that originally belonged to Mr. Stone, president of Devon Corporation. She ended up with Ruby during the events of the arc and became his Smart Contest specialist. Her ability to change forms with the weather makes her uniquely versatile in Contests — each form offers different visual appeal and performance options. Her weather-shifting ability also proved tactically useful during the Groudon/Kyogre crisis, when extreme weather was literally tearing Hoenn apart. She could sense and respond to the environmental chaos in ways other Pokémon couldn't.
A small, grey cloud-like Pokémon that changes form with the weather — sunny form (orange), rainy form (blue), snowy form (white). Ruby accessorizes each form differently for Contest performances. Cute in a strange, amorphous way.
