Kanto's largest corporation and Team Rocket's commandeered headquarters — the skyscraper where the Badge Energy Amplifier fused the legendary birds and where the arc's decisive battle was fought.
Silph Co. is the arc's final dungeon. Originally a technology company that developed the Master Ball and other advanced Poké Ball technology, it was seized by Team Rocket and converted into their Saffron City headquarters. The company's own teleportation infrastructure makes the building nearly impossible to navigate for intruders. Inside, the three Pokédex holders face Team Rocket's full might: Lt. Surge with his Zapdos-powered weapons, Koga with his poison and ninja tactics, Sabrina with her psychic barriers and memory attacks. The Badge Energy Amplifier — a device that concentrates the energy of all eight gym badges — is used to fuse Zapdos, Articuno, and Moltres into Thu-Fi-Zer. Green was tricked into activating the Amplifier, believing it served a different purpose. Her guilt over this — and her subsequent contribution to Thu-Fi-Zer's defeat — is central to her character arc. The battle atop and around Silph Co. is the most complex action sequence in the RGB arc, requiring all three heroes to fight simultaneously on different fronts.
A massive corporate skyscraper dominating Saffron City's skyline. Multiple floors of offices, laboratories, and conference rooms have been repurposed by Team Rocket as a military installation. The building's teleportation pad system (normally used for corporate efficiency) becomes a tactical maze during the infiltration. The Badge Energy Amplifier sits on the upper floors.
