Red's Eevee — a genetically modified Pokémon that can shift between Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon forms at will, a living testament to Team Rocket's experiments.
Vee is Team Rocket's creation and Red's redemption project. Rocket scientists genetically modified this Eevee to evolve and de-evolve freely between its three elemental forms — Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon — creating a Pokémon with unmatched tactical versatility. The process was painful and left Vee traumatized. Erika discovered Vee and used it to test Red's character. She sent Red to capture it, then pretended she would kill it to see how he'd react. Red passed the test — he was willing to fight a gym leader to protect a Pokémon he'd just met — and Erika entrusted Vee to his care. In battle, Vee is a tactical nightmare for opponents. Red can call for a form shift mid-attack, turning a Water Gun into a Thunderbolt in the space between heartbeats. The triple typing gives Red answers to almost any matchup, making Vee his most versatile team member despite not being his strongest in any single form.
In base form, a small brown fox-like Pokémon with large eyes and fluffy fur. What makes Vee unique is visible only in battle: it can transform into Vaporeon (sleek blue aquatic form), Jolteon (spiky yellow electric form), or Flareon (fluffy red fire form) and shift back — something no normal Eevee can do. The transformations leave faint residual shimmer.
