The Tin Tower was Ho-Oh's traditional roost in Ecruteak City, standing as a partner to the Burned Tower across the city. Team Rocket attacked it to lure Ho-Oh back, and Carl's Piloswine caused the earthquake that destroyed it. Gold and Silver worked together to rescue Jasmine from the collapsing structure — one of their first moments of genuine cooperation. Crystal later confronted Suicune at the Tin Tower, where Eusine arrived with the Clear Bell. The tower's destruction represents the Masked Man's willingness to destroy anything — even sacred history — to achieve his goal.
