Lugia's sacred feather — extracted by the Masked Man to complete the GS Ball, the other half of time travel's price.

The Silver Wing is Lugia's signature feather, extracted by the Masked Man after capturing the diving Pokémon. It serves as the partner component to the Rainbow Wing in forging the GS Ball. Green hid it alongside the Rainbow Wing in Yellow's hat. Together, the two feathers represent the stolen essence of Johto's greatest legends — compressed into materials small enough to hide in a child's headwear.

Appearance

A single feather of pure silver that seems to ripple like water even when still. Cool to the touch. Radiates the same oceanic energy as Lugia. Paired with the Rainbow Wing, it forms the material basis for the GS Ball — sea and sky, silver and gold.
