The only Poké Ball capable of capturing Celebi — forged from Ho-Oh's Rainbow Wing and Lugia's Silver Wing using Kurt's stolen plans, the Masked Man's ultimate tool.

The GS Ball is the convergence point of the entire arc's conspiracy. The Masked Man needed three things to create it: the Rainbow Wing from Ho-Oh, the Silver Wing from Lugia, and Kurt's ancestral knowledge of how to forge them together. Every kidnapping, every attack, every manipulation served this single creation. Only the GS Ball can capture Celebi and allow its wielder to travel through time without suffering negative effects. Pryce uses it at the Ilex Forest Shrine to capture Celebi and escape into the time stream. When the GS Ball is destroyed during the pursuit, Pryce becomes trapped in the voids of time — the tool that was supposed to reunite him with his Lapras instead seals his fate.

Appearance

A Poké Ball with a golden top half and a silver bottom half — GS for Gold and Silver, the colors of Ho-Oh and Lugia. It glows with an otherworldly light, combining the essence of both legendary birds. More artifact than tool. Holding it feels like holding compressed mythology.
