The Clear Bell is a sacred artifact connected to the Tin Tower and Ho-Oh. Eusine obtained it by defeating the Team Rocket Elite Trio alone — a significant feat that demonstrated his capability even if Suicune didn't choose him. The bell allows passage through the Crystal Wall that guards the upper floors of the Tin Tower, where Ho-Oh traditionally roosts. It represents Ecruteak's spiritual connection to its legendary guardian.
A transparent bell made of crystal or glass that chimes with a pure, resonant tone. Its sound is said to reach Ho-Oh wherever it roosts. Small enough to carry but impossible to replicate — there is only one Clear Bell.
