Clair is the final Johto Gym Leader and Lance's cousin. She's a Dragon-type specialist who guards the Dragon's Den in Blackthorn City. Suicune tests her as a potential partner early in the arc but does not choose her. Clair participates in the exhibition tournament at Indigo Plateau, representing the strongest of Johto's Gym Leaders.
