The Cianwood City Gym Leader — a Fighting-type master who trains under waterfalls and guards Ecruteak alongside his fellow Gym Leaders.
Chuck is the Cianwood City Gym Leader and a Fighting-type specialist. He tests Suicune when the legendary beast comes to evaluate Johto's Gym Leaders, though Suicune does not choose him. He later helps guard Ecruteak Gym alongside Falkner and Bugsy, and participates in the exhibition tournament at Indigo Plateau.
A large, barrel-chested man with a thick beard, wearing a martial arts gi. Built like a boulder. His training regimen involves standing under waterfalls and punching rocks. The kind of man who solves problems by hitting them harder.
