Five Island is where Team Rocket stored its most valuable assets. The Rocket Warehouse concealed the Ruby and Sapphire gems that Giovanni needed to unlock Deoxys's full forme-change capabilities. Bill and Celio eventually retrieved these items, denying Giovanni a critical advantage. Carr attacked Five Island from above using his Steelix, and Red was assigned to counter him during the Pokedex holders' three-pronged counterattack. The island's Lost Cave -- a maze where wrong turns loop you back to the entrance -- serves as natural camouflage for the Warehouse.
A rugged island with Resort Gorgeous on its western coast and the hidden Rocket Warehouse buried in its interior. Lost Cave -- a disorienting labyrinth -- guards one approach. The island has a dual nature: tourist destination on the surface, criminal staging ground underneath.
