Specialized restraint armor designed by Giovanni to suppress Mewtwo's powers -- shattered only by three ultimate attacks fired simultaneously.
The M2 Bind is Giovanni's answer to the Mewtwo problem. Built specifically to counter the Genetic Pokemon's abilities, it wraps around Mewtwo's body and neutralizes its psychic powers completely. No single attack can break it -- the armor is designed to absorb and redirect energy. The solution required lateral thinking. Mewtwo itself devised the plan: if Red's Frenzy Plant (Grass), Blue's Blast Burn (Fire), and Green's Hydro Cannon (Water) were fired simultaneously, the three types would cancel each other's advantages in a triangle of mutual negation. The resulting neutral energy shattered the M2 Bind without harming Mewtwo inside. It is one of the few moments in the arc where the power of friendship is expressed not as sentiment but as physics.
