Silver was kidnapped alongside Green by the Masked Man as a child and raised without knowledge of his parents. Where Green became a thief and a performer, Silver became a weapon -- cold, efficient, and deeply distrustful of everyone except Green. This arc is his reckoning. He travels to Kanto searching for his origins, and the truth is worse than anything he imagined: his father is Giovanni, the leader of Team Rocket. Silver's initial reaction is pure rejection -- he refuses to accept the connection, refuses to board the airship, refuses to be anyone's heir. But Blue, of all people, reaches him. Blue explains that your legacy doesn't define you, that you can acknowledge where you came from without becoming it. Silver saves Giovanni from the crashing airship. He carries his father through flames. He still doesn't forgive him. He is turned to stone with the others before he gets the chance to figure out what forgiveness would even look like.
Long red hair, sharp features, and an expression that defaults to guarded hostility. Wears dark clothes and moves with the tense efficiency of someone always expecting an attack. His eyes are Giovanni's eyes, though he would hate to hear it.
