The loyal Beast -- the only member of the Three Beasts who actually served Giovanni out of genuine devotion rather than ambition or espionage.
Orm is the odd one out among the Three Beasts. Carr wanted power. Sird wanted intelligence. Orm wanted to serve Giovanni faithfully, and he did -- which makes him simultaneously the most honorable and the most tragic of the three. He attacked Six Island and kidnapped Professor Oak. He used Hoppip as a hot-air balloon transport system and Shuckle as his primary battle Pokemon, wrapping opponents in their shells and poisoning them with Toxic. Blue defeated him decisively. He later pursued Silver and Yellow in Viridian Forest alongside Sird but was overwhelmed when Yellow's power surged. He fell from the Team Rocket airship when it was destroyed. His survival is left ambiguous.
A large, imposing man with a simple, direct bearing. His uniform is worn practically rather than ceremoniously. He lacks the calculating air of Sird and the manic energy of Carr -- he is a soldier, straightforward and dependable.
