The other Deoxys -- a disposable weapon used by Giovanni to provoke Red and lure Organism No. 2 out of hiding.
Organism No. 1 was the first of the two space viruses to be captured by Team Rocket. Giovanni used it as bait and provocation, deploying it against Red and the Pokedex holders to draw Organism No. 2 into the open. It attacked Green's parents, creating the black hole that swallowed them. After serving its purpose, Giovanni disposed of Organism No. 1 without sentiment. It was always a means to an end -- the lesser Deoxys, the expendable one. Its ultimate fate is resolved in the Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire arc, where Rayquaza destroys its core.
Visually identical to Organism No. 2 in Normal Forme but lacking the same depth of awareness. Its movements are more mechanical, more directed -- a tool being pointed rather than a creature acting on its own will.
