The rooftop is reached through a back stairwell that students technically aren't allowed to use, which makes it theirs. Wind is constant. The noise of the school below barely reaches here. Early meetings between Ryuji and Joker happened on this roof — plans sketched on nothing, names listed, grievances aired against a city that doesn't listen. Later it becomes the place where bigger decisions are made: who to target next, whether to keep going. The chain-link fence casts grid shadows at sunset. There's graffiti on one vent that no one ever painted over.
A flat concrete expanse ringed by a chain-link fence. Ventilation units hum in the corners. The city sprawls in every direction — Shibuya Tower visible on clear days. No benches, no furniture. Just the sky and a door that's supposed to stay locked.
