Penguin Sniper is low-stakes by design. The games give people something to do with their hands while they figure out what to say. Darts requires just enough concentration to make silence comfortable. Billiards gives Joker and whoever he's with something to circle — figuratively and literally. The Royal-exclusive bonding mechanic here improves Baton Pass proficiency, linking the leisure activity directly to Palace coordination. Regulars come for the darts league on Thursday nights. The staff leaves people alone.

Appearance
