The Castle of Lust. Shujin Academy transformed by Suguru Kamoshida's distortion into a medieval castle where he reigns as an absolute monarch over students he owns.
The Castle of Lust is Kamoshida's ideal self-image made physical: king, champion, untouchable. His desire manifests literally as sovereign authority — students become subjects, victims become trophies. The Phantom Thieves navigate dungeons where Shadow guards in his likeness enforce absolute compliance. The throne room at the summit is excessive in the way only the most insecure power needs to be. When the Treasure is stolen — a golden crown — Kamoshida's self-image shatters and his confession becomes possible. Ryuji's rage at Kamoshida is the emotional engine that started the whole operation.
Shujin's modern glass-and-concrete exterior gives way to grey stone battlements and a drawbridge over a moat of blood. The interior is a European fantasy castle — throne room, dungeon, trophy galleries. Ann's cognitive double is kept in a gilded cage. Volleyball trophies line corridors where students kneel. The castle glows gold under a permanent sunset.
