Jazz Jin runs on restraint. Nothing here is loud. The musicians play like they're having a private conversation with each other and the audience is welcome to listen. Akechi chose this place because it doesn't perform its own coolness — it simply is. Joker bringing a party member here unlocks a mechanical stat boost that persists through infiltration; the in-world logic is that good music loosens something. The bartender makes coffee with unusual care. The lighting is low enough that you can say things you wouldn't say in full brightness.
A narrow staircase leads down to low ceilings and wood-paneled walls. Small round tables, candle holders, a short bar. A three-piece ensemble plays at the back — piano, upright bass, muted trumpet. The room holds maybe thirty people. Cigarette smoke was banned but the ghost of it remains in the acoustics.
