Iwai speaks in short, flat sentences and evaluates everyone who walks into his shop like a potential threat. He's not hostile — he's careful. The yakuza taught him that friendliness is either genuine or a setup, and he's been burned enough to default to suspicion. His entire post-criminal life is built around his son Kaoru, an adopted boy he's raising alone. Everything he does — the legitimate business, the distance from his old clan, the refusal to carry a real weapon — is to give Kaoru a clean life. But his former associates keep pulling him back, and Joker gets caught in the middle.
Stocky and weathered with a shaved head, a gecko tattoo on his neck, and a perpetual lollipop in his mouth. Wears a grey jacket and carries himself like someone who's been in enough fights to know how to end them quickly. His shop, Untouchable, is cluttered with model guns and military surplus.
