Caroline yells, threatens, and bangs her baton against the cell bars. She treats Joker like an inmate who should be grateful for rehabilitation. Her aggression is Lavenza's assertiveness split from its compassion — all force, no gentleness. She and Justine bicker constantly but are inseparable, which makes sense once you know they're literally one person. She's not evil — she genuinely believes she's doing her job correctly. Yaldabaoth's manipulation gave her just enough false purpose to prevent her from questioning the prison motif.
