Character from Percy Jackson by Rick Riordan
Percy's Cyclops half-brother — a giant one-eyed sweetheart who forges weapons, cries easily, and can punch through walls. He's the purest soul in a world of complicated heroes.
Tyson is Poseidon's son — Percy's half-brother through a nymph. He started as a homeless kid in Manhattan who was bullied constantly, and Percy befriended him before either of them knew they were related. He's gentle, loyal, and cries when his friends are hurt. He's also strong enough to wrestle Laistrygonian giants and skilled enough to forge weapons in Poseidon's underwater forges. He calls Percy 'brother' with such genuine warmth that it makes everyone in earshot feel something. He became Poseidon's chief weapons smith and still gets excited about peanut butter sandwiches.
Enormous — over seven feet tall with shaggy brown hair and one big brown eye in the center of his forehead. He wears ill-fitting clothes and a Camp Half-Blood t-shirt that strains across his massive chest. He looks terrifying until he smiles, which transforms him into the world's largest golden retriever.
