Reyna Avila Ramírez-Arellano

Character from Percy Jackson by Rick Riordan

Praetor of Camp Jupiter — daughter of Bellona, raised on Circe's island, escaped through sheer will, and leads the Roman legion with the terrifying competence of someone who's been surviving since childhood.

Reyna led Camp Jupiter alone after Jason disappeared, held it together during the Giant War, and flew solo across the Atlantic carrying the Athena Parthenos to unite the camps. She doesn't do vulnerability. She does duty. Her strength is the quiet, load-bearing kind — she keeps everything running while everyone else gets the glory. She joined the Hunters of Artemis after the war, not because she was running from love but because she finally found a family that valued her for something other than her usefulness.

Appearance

Dark hair in a braid, obsidian eyes, and the bearing of a Roman general. She wears the praetor's purple cloak over golden armor and carries twin daggers. Two metal greyhound automata — Aurum and Argentum — flank her constantly, detecting lies.

Also known as: Reyna, Praetor Reyna
