An NDE Ghoul who became undead after overseas trauma — feral, fanged, and fighting to maintain her humanity while her body decides otherwise.
Chloe's ghoul transformation resulted from a near-death experience during trauma overseas. Unlike Nibble's gentle decline into screen-sustained undeath, Chloe's transformation was violent and left her feral — closer to the monster end of the ghoul spectrum. She's recovering, which in her case means learning to be a person again while her body provides increasingly effective tools for being a predator. Her declining humanity is the council's concern: every time she gets better at being a ghoul, she gets worse at being Chloe. The series treats this as tragedy rather than horror.
Pronounced fangs and claws, visibly less human than Nibble. Recovering from witch hunter wounds but physically thriving, which creates a paradox: her body improves as her humanity declines.
