Ulbert was a member of Ainz Ooal Gown who leaned hard into the villain aesthetic — creating Demiurge as the maximum expression of evil, complete with sadistic personality, formal manners, and an appreciation for suffering as art. In YGGDRASIL, this was just roleplay. When the NPCs awakened with real personalities, Demiurge's creator-inherited cruelty became genuine. Ulbert's rivalry with Touch Me — evil vs justice, power vs protection — echoes throughout the series in the antagonism between Demiurge and Sebas. Ulbert stopped logging in like the rest, but his influence shapes Nazarick's darkest operations.
Known only through his YGGDRASIL avatar: a dark, imposing goat-demon figure. His real-world self was a salary-man who channeled workplace resentment into the most evil character he could create.
