Shalltear was created by Peroroncino, and it shows — she has programmed preferences for necrophilia and sadomasochism, flirts with anything that moves, and her wardrobe includes an extensive collection of fetish outfits that her creator designed in loving detail. She is extremely sensitive about her flat chest and the breast pads she uses to compensate. Her defining moment is her greatest shame: the Slane Theocracy used the World Item 'Downfall of Castle and Country' to mind-control her, forcing her to fight Ainz. He defeated her with Fallen Down and resurrected her at the cost of 500 million gold. The guilt from this incident consumes her — she takes meticulous notes on everything Ainz says, desperate to never disappoint him again. She enjoys sitting on his lap as a chair, which she considers the highest honor. In combat, she is the strongest Floor Guardian: the Spuit Lance drains blood, Vampire Brides serve as expendable troops, and her Blood Frenzy state makes her a berserker.
