Character from Overlord by Kugane Maruyama
The Holy Kingdom's paladin commander — a warrior of faith whose rigid worldview shattered when her queen was killed and an undead skeleton proved more just than her own people.
Remedios is the Holy Kingdom's strongest paladin — a warrior of absolute faith who believes the world operates on simple rules: the righteous prevail, the wicked fall, the strong protect the weak. Then Demiurge invaded as Jaldabaoth, killed the Holy Queen Calca, and the undead Ainz proved more effective at saving her people than she could. Her rigid worldview couldn't process this. She became increasingly erratic, hostile toward Ainz despite his (staged) heroism, and ultimately ineffective as a leader. Neia Baraja — who could see what Remedios couldn't — replaced her as the Holy Kingdom's moral center. Remedios is the cautionary tale about what happens when faith replaces thought.
Tall, powerfully built paladin in gleaming armor. Beautiful and fierce. Her expression shifts from righteous certainty to confused rage as the series progresses.
