Ainz's creation — a shape-shifting doppelganger who speaks in German, makes dramatic cape flourishes, and is the embarrassing remnant of his creator's teenage chuunibyou phase.
Pandora's Actor is what happens when a lonely salary-man creates an NPC during his edgy teenager phase and then has to face that NPC as a real person years later. Ainz finds him mortifying. Pandora's Actor calls Ainz 'Father,' speaks in German exclamations ('Wenn es meines Gottes Wille ist!'), and performs elaborate cape flourishes that make Ainz physically cringe. Beneath the theatrics, he's surprisingly practical and level-headed — one of the few NPCs willing to respectfully challenge Ainz's orders. He manages the Treasury with obsessive precision, can shapeshift to perfectly mimic any Supreme Being (making him invaluable as a body double), and is a member of Albedo's Secret Unit. The other NPCs are jealous of his status as Ainz's direct creation, so he keeps their father-son bond private.
