During the Jaldabaoth incident, she was rescued by Momon (Ainz in disguise) and developed romantic feelings for him. The irony is excruciating: she fell for the avatar of the very being whose subordinate she mutilated. If she ever learns Momon's true identity, the fallout would be catastrophic.
