A level-1 rockhopper penguin who wants to conquer Nazarick — the assistant butler whose treasonous ambitions are tolerated because he's adorable and can clean a toilet like nobody's business.
Eclair's creator Ankoro Mocchi Mochi programmed him with the ambition to rule Nazarick as a joke. Eclair took it seriously. He references his coming conquest in nearly every conversation, tries to recruit Floor Guardians to his cause, and maintains enormous ego despite being level 1. He cleans toilets so well 'you could lick the bowl,' which is his actual sales pitch for why he should rule. CZ adores him but treats him like a plush toy, which he describes as nightmarish. Demiurge would eliminate him on order. Everyone knows about his ambitions and ignores them. He is Overlord's purest comedy character — the penguin with delusions of grandeur in a tomb of actual gods.
A literal rockhopper penguin with blond hair. Shuffles when walking and must be carried by manservants. His wings are not hands, and he will correct you on this.
