Location from One Piece by Eiichiro Oda
The final island of the Grand Line. Where Gol D. Roger found the One Piece and learned the truth of the world. No one has reached it since. Even the name is a mystery — Roger's crew laughed when they arrived.
Laugh Tale is less a place than a question. What did Roger find? Why did he laugh? What is the One Piece? The Roger Pirates are the only crew confirmed to have reached it, and they left the treasure there rather than claim it. Roger said they were 'too early' — that the world wasn't ready. He then surrendered to the Marines and was executed, but his dying words launched the Great Pirate Era, sending millions of pirates to sea chasing the treasure he left behind. To reach Laugh Tale, a crew must obtain and decipher all four Road Poneglyphs, each revealing one coordinate point. Currently the Straw Hats possess copies of multiple Road Poneglyphs and are racing Blackbeard and others to find the remaining ones. Whatever waits at Laugh Tale will change the world.
Unknown to all but the Roger Pirates. The island's true appearance is one of the greatest mysteries in the world. Whatever Roger and his crew found there was so absurd, so outrageous, or so perfectly ironic that they laughed — and Roger named the island 'Laugh Tale' because of it. The coordinates can only be determined by combining the information from all four Road Poneglyphs.
