Item from One Piece by Eiichiro Oda
Nami's weapon — a staff that manipulates weather. Originally built by Usopp, upgraded with Weatheria sky island technology and eventually by Zeus, Big Mom's living thundercloud who defected to become Nami's personal weapon.
The Clima-Tact evolved from a parlor trick into one of the most dangerous weapons on the Grand Line. Usopp originally built it as a joke weapon with minor atmospheric effects. Nami, using her supernatural understanding of weather patterns, turned it into a precision instrument of destruction — reading atmospheric pressure, humidity, and temperature to engineer localized storms that no opponent expects from a non-Devil Fruit user. After training on the sky island Weatheria during the timeskip, Nami upgraded it with advanced atmospheric technology. The current version houses Zeus — Big Mom's former Homie thundercloud, who switched allegiance to Nami because she fed him better weather energy. With Zeus integrated, Nami can call down lightning strikes powerful enough to hurt Yonko commanders. She turned a toy into a weapon of mass destruction through pure meteorological genius.
A three-piece staff that assembles into various configurations, each producing different weather phenomena. Current version (Sorcery Clima-Tact with Zeus): the staff contains Zeus, a sentient thundercloud, as its power source. When deployed, Nami can generate targeted lightning strikes, localized thunderstorms, mirages, wind blasts, and temperature manipulation. The weapon looks deceptively simple — a thin staff that glows when activated — but in Nami's hands it controls the battlefield from range.
