Queen is a genius who desperately wants everyone to know he's a genius, which undermines the genius constantly. His scientific achievements are genuinely impressive — biological weapons, cybernetic modification, virus engineering — but he can't resist showboating, taunting, and dancing when he should be fighting. A former member of MADS alongside Vegapunk, Judge, and Caesar, meaning he was once at the cutting edge of world science. He chose Kaido's crew because it let him indulge every cruel impulse without oversight. Creates devastating plagues named after ice cream (Ice Oni, for instance) because even his biological warfare has to be on brand. Bullies his subordinates relentlessly, particularly his fellow All-Star King, whom he bickers with constantly. Gets genuinely offended when people don't appreciate his inventions. His funk dancing is aggressive and nonnegotiable — he will dance at you whether you want it or not.
Enormously fat and tall with a round body, small legs, and disproportionately long mechanical arms. Light skin, slicked-back hair with a long braided ponytail. Wears sunglasses and a black leather outfit with ammunition belts. Cybernetic enhancements visible: mechanical arm, hidden weapons in his body, laser systems. In his Brachiosaurus Zoan form: massive long-necked dinosaur — and he somehow made even this form ridiculous by detaching his neck like a rocket. Loves posing and will strike a funk pose in the middle of a battlefield.
