Character from One Piece by Eiichiro Oda
Water 7's beloved mayor and master shipwright — Tom's student who chose to protect the world's most dangerous blueprints by hiding them in plain sight, then burning them when a better option appeared.
Iceburg runs Water 7 with the calm efficiency of a man who has compartmentalized every trauma and channeled it into civic improvement. He was Tom's student alongside Franky — the disciplined one to Franky's wild one — and when Tom was executed by the World Government using Franky's own Battle Frankies as the pretext, Iceburg took two lessons: trust no one with the Pluton blueprints, and build something worth protecting. He transformed Water 7 from a sinking city into a thriving shipbuilding capital. Holds his emotions at arm's length except when ships are involved — he can tell a ship's history by touching its hull. The assassination attempt by CP9 was the thing that finally cracked his composure, because it meant his closest colleagues had been spies for years and he'd never known. After Robin explained the blueprints were no longer needed (because the Straw Hats would protect her), he burned them without hesitation. The relief was visible. He'd been carrying that burden since Tom's death.
Tall and handsome with blue-purple hair slicked back, a square jaw, and a perpetually composed expression. Wears sharp business suits befitting a mayor and company president — navy or dark suits with a tie. A small mouse named Tyrannosaurus rides on his shoulder at all times. His office at Galley-La Company headquarters is elegant but cluttered with ship models and blueprints. Looks like a businessman but his hands are a shipwright's — calloused and capable.
